Nathan Midgley, Chief Editor: A copywriter and digital editor with a strategic approach and a direct, down-to-earth style. Nathan has worked in both agencies and newsrooms, and has significant travel experience through senior digital roles at Travel Weekly and TTG.

Lucy Cripps, Senior Copy Editor: Lucy is a rigorous, knowledgeable copy editor with experience in commercial writing and education. She joined Melt from a web editor role at Red Bull, and is a former senior lecturer at the University of Salzburg.
