As part of our ongoing strategic partnership with Made, we regularly carry out extensive rounds of keyword research to identify new SEO opportunities.
This helps uncover gaps – landing pages that are effectively missing. During one of these rounds, we found that Made was short of 100 landing pages within a single product category.
Having been briefed on the opportunity, Made requested a swift, low-cost and innovative solution – they didn’t have the resource or budget to go down more traditional content creation routes.
What we did
Having agreed on key objectives for success, we began by defining the format of the landing pages and the internal linking requirements.
Following that, our data science team got to work on creating a custom language model for Made using our proprietary AI-generated content tool, Melt-ai.
This is a key part of our process. It enables our tool to generate unique content that accurately captures a brand’s distinct writing style, tone of voice and personality.
For Made, we achieved this by inputting as much information, data and content as we could gather into our model. This included all existing content on the the ecommerce giant’s website, its product catalogue, search-related keywords and style guides.
To create the content, our team defined landing page requirements for the AI to work to and scripted the production of all 100 pages.
Within seconds, the content – optimised with internal links and keywords – was ready for our editorial team to review before being sent to Made to upload.
Three days later the pages, totalling 30,000 words, went live.
